How long does it take to ship orders?

Items are processed immediately and usually shipped within 5 business days.

Does shipping charges include insurance?

Yes. The main shipping method we use is UPS which includes insurance.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

When you order multiple products from us you may receive the products in separate packages. We ship many of our products in different packages due to shipping cost.

What about expedited (faster) shipping?

Currently we only ship via UPS from our warehouse. With the exceptions of Alaska & Hawaii which will be shipped air and additional charges may be added for shipping. Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

What about over sized or over weight orders?

For large size or over weight orders that can not be shipped via the ground services, we will ship freight. This is because they exceed the size restrictions from the other carriers. Please, email us if you are serious about purchasing one of these over sized or over weight items, so that we may give you an estimate on the shipping and handling costs. NOTE: THESE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST.
